Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to respond to their concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencing a new challenge every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments
• Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet policyholders' needs

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include 6 months of call center experience.

To work from home, you'll need:

• Internet Connection Requirements:
