About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and reputed company remote customer service agents to handle both phone and email support for our various clients. As a valued member of reputed company, you'll have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible part-time schedule that includes 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm EST. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with using a product.
