About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Work Environment
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from your home office, which must be quiet, distraction-free, and equipped with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet. You will be part of a video chat team, collaborating with our staff to ensure seamless communication and a reputed company of belonging. We expect you to maintain a reputed company work environment, free from distractions, and to be available during our working hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday).
