Key Responsibilities

• Assist callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical, pharmacy, and other related services
• Administer non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
• Navigate ambiguous customer situations, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferred)
• Adept at navigating ambiguous customer situations, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Routinely demonstrates listening skills and is attentive to customer needs, with a customer-centric approach
• Skilled at customer engagement, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Maintains composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions, with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Embodies approachability with peers and customers alike, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Delivered consistent results in previous roles, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple, different work streams and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach
• Exhibits patience during complex customer issues, with a calm and composed demeanor
• Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers, with a professional and engaging presence
• Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy, with strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail
• Willing and able to work a schedule from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Central) within a 7-day work week, including holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year

• Private workspace in your house with a door, where ambient noise can be minimized during work hours
• Ergonomic desk and chair, with a comfortable and distraction-free work environment
• High-speed internet service meeting minimum bandwidth requirements of 10 mbps downstream and 2 mbps upstream
• Self-starter who is comfortable in an environment remote from co-workers and managers, with a strong ability to work independently
