• Identify and escalate quality of care issues through established channels, using influencing and motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum individual engagement and promote lifestyle/behavior changes
• Provide education, information, and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their healthcare and lifestyle choices
• Assist individuals in actively and knowledgeably participating in their healthcare direction with their provider
• Use case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, company policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or social services
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master's level clinician with a degree in behavioral health or human services (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Case management and discharge planning experience
• Managed Care experience
