Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Partner to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Client Support Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Sweden, providing exceptional support and resolving issues via phone, chat, and email. You will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
