**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting thorough investigations of potentially fraudulent claims, working closely with our fraud investigation team to identify and resolve issues
* Managing a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues
* Providing exceptional client support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in client data, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services and processes
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting)
* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data entry tasks and resolve client issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
