As the first reputed company of contact, you'll be speaking with individuals who've reputed company distressing situations, gathering the key information needed for potential investigations — reputed company with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.</p><p>You'll be taking inbound calls from callers, listening closely to their experiences, and recording their reports accurately. While this isn't an investigative role, the information you collect may be used in court proceedings, so precision and thoroughness are essential.
