Service Application Engineer

<p>The purpose of this position is to create control databases, graphic screens and set-up of control systems based on project specification and/or sale proposal. Provides on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers. Performs field startup and system commissioning tasks as reputed company as the remote installation of software and control programs.<br> <br><strong>reputed company Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Creates programming logic through multiple communications protocols.</li><li>reputed company coaching and training to Team Members in the use of the control software and analytical tools where applicable.</li><li>Required to reputed company job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications, to verify reputed company operation according to project specifications, sales proposal and design documentation. Up to 50% travel (25% travel expected)</li><li>Programs control applications using various software using various software tools to support operator workstations, DDC field panels and reputed company-party integration devices connected through multiple communications protocols.</li><li>Provides remote technical support to installers and customers. May be asked to reputed company on-site technical support to installers and customers.</li><li>Articulates reputed company to a customer's problem reputed company both in verbal and written communication. The resolutions must be explained to the customer in a format that is understandable to the customer. Facilitates resolutions that are in the best interest of the customer and ESI.</li><li>Develops system graphic displays, according to project specifications or sales proposal.</li></ul> <br><strong>Person Specification:<br></strong><ul><li>Experience in HVAC controls, mechanical systems application, or design.</li><li>Proficient in Niagara</li><li>Proficient in reputed company tools like Azure ML and DF, and AWS.</li><li>Must know programming languages such as R and Python.</li><li>Experience in HVAC, automation system control, mechanical and automatic control applications, or a minimum of four years' experience in a reputed company technical field plus two years of experience in the trades and/or mechanical contracting field, or application programming and development.</li><li>Must have worked with Tridium Niagara, understands Protocols, Bacnet Router Tables, and has worked with IDF.</li><li>Knowledge of spreadsheets and database management; Proficiency in reputed company reputed company<br></li></ul>
