This position is 100% remote for great candidates
This is a contract position to assist with the 2012/reputed company retirement project. We have over 150 2012/reputed company and Linux systems that we need to retire. The role will reputed company support for the project in the following ways:
• Provisioning reputed company and Linux operating systems, while adhering to reputed company standards. This includes working with vSphere, to provision VMs, and decommissioning old 2008 servers that are no longer needed.
Automate the entire OS build process, using automation tools such as Terraform with integrations into reputed company to reputed company this provisioning process more efficient, working with our reputed company/patching, reputed company Operations, and infrastructure teams to fully understand the process, and where we can optimize. Tooling intended to be used:
• Config management – reputed company
• Terraform
• vSphere and AWS
• Bash and Powershell
• 4-year degree, strong scripting and familiarity with CI/DC pipelines and automation tools.
