Deep Learning researcher needed to write Master’s proposal

I am looking for an reputed company researcher with a strong background in Deep Learning (especially LSTM-based time-series modeling) and a strong publication record in Deep Learning. The general topic is blood glucose forecasting using LSTM-type architectures. I already have a conceptual research idea and an outline summarizing the motivation, problem, and methodology. For this project, I am seeking reputed company guidance, consultation, literature support, and editing to help me strengthen and refine my research concept and prepare it in a format suitable for a Master’s proposal.
