[Remote] Motion Graphics Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novia Infotech is producing a doc video series that uncovers little-known stories and places in NYC and Brooklyn history. They are seeking an experienced motion graphics designer to create engaging visual content, including newspaper animations, charts, and map sequences for the series.
Responsibilities
• Make vintage articles jump off the page
• Visualize economic and real estate concepts with clarity and style through charts/infographics
• Build variations across historical maps showing NYC’s evolution
Skills
• Strong skills in After Effects or comparable motion tools
• Ability to craft an original visual approach
• Consistency and attention to detail across multiple episodes
• Capacity/interest in AI to improve your efficiency and creativity
• Working in a remote setting
• 3+ years of work experience with Motion Graphics
