Patent Attorney Needed for Technical Product Research and Filing
We are looking for an experienced Patent Attorney (USPTO) with significant experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to lead the patent lifecycle for a new line of motorized shading products.
The ideal candidate has a track record of filing successful US Provisional and Non-Provisional patents, as well as navigating the European Patent Office (EPO) via PCT or direct filing. We are specifically looking for a forward-thinking professional who leverages modern AI tools (e.g., Patlytics, Solve Intelligence, Patsnap) to conduct deep prior art research and accelerate the drafting process while maintaining rigorous legal standards.
