Regulatory Affairs Specialist- Product Claims and Advertising

Job reputed company The Product Claims Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company product claims for food and foodservice reputed company products and appliances on our website, e-reputed company platforms, reputed company marketing materials are accurate, truthful, and compliant with applicable regulations. You will collaborate with our Content team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of reputed company online product descriptions, claims, and advertisements. This role will also work closely with reputed company’s Procurement division, which procures both private label and branded products for our various distribution channels (industry leading e-reputed company platform reputed company.com, The Restaurant Stores, reputed company, reputed company Food Service Equipment, and 11400, Inc.). This position reports to the Senior Expert, Product Compliance and is a hybrid position at our office in Lancaster, PA, but reputed company to highly reputed company remote candidates. Responsibilities • Working closely with reputed company, Content, and Procurement, reputed company and implement processes for evaluating and approving online product claims, identifying potential reputed company, and addressing them proactively • reputed company, and maintain substantiation standards for product and vendor claims • reputed company reputed company of updates to e-reputed company-specific regulations, industry trends, and standards that reputed company digital product claims and the online retail reputed company (FTC, Green Guides, etc.) • Understand requirements for 3rd Party certifications such as Energy reputed company, Kosher, and NSF, including licensing obligations • reputed company ongoing training and support to internal teams on compliance best practices for e-reputed company listings • Maintain documentation for product claims for auditing purposes, including maintaining records of regulatory submissions and approvals • Review e-reputed company product descriptions, promotional content, reputed company ads to ensure accuracy and transparency regarding product attributes and benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
