Key Responsibilities

• Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles
• Recognize and address breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives
• Handle corporate activity events, including settling and reconciling transfer activity
• Process and reconcile returns activity
• Perform research on complex issues and escalated concerns
• Test and validate new technology improvements and company changes
• Complete projects in investing, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts

Essential Qualifications
