Job Overview
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, recognizing and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives, and handling corporate activity events. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in reconciling transfer activity, processing returns activity, and performing research on complex issues. You will work closely with our retail and institutional business teams, communicating effectively through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles
- Recognize and address breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives
- Handle corporate activity events, including settling and reconciling transfer activity
- Process and reconcile returns activity
- Perform research on complex issues and escalated concerns
- Test and validate new technology improvements and company changes
- Complete projects in investing, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts
Essential Qualifications
