About the Role

  • Utilize a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to perform your duties

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to type at a speed of 25 words per minute
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in tax, healthcare, or automotive industries
