  • Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest-related problems
  • Coordinate operational needs with arenaflex staff, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and monitoring guest feedback
  • Oversee various other tasks, such as managing listing marketing, analyzing guest reviews, and maintaining social media presence

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word documents, and similar operational software
