**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Gathering and collecting information from employees, other departments, and clients, including invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and other relevant data.
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy in data capture.
* Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in a secure and organized manner.
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and taking corrective action.
* Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
* Handling additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
* Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
* Proficient touch-typing skills and basic computer literacy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
