Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards, and review equity transaction activity to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation
- Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. At least one year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is also preferred. You should have a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, as well as an understanding of HRIS systems, methods, and interrelationships of data transfers.
