**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Management**

As a key member of our team, you'll be part of a mission that's shaping the future of our industry. **What You'll Do for Us** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll contribute to a team that provides inventory plan management by: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communicator + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We'll Do For You** * Be part of a diverse team environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Skills: + Data Analysis + Accounting + Customer-Focused + Incentive Plans + Payroll + Stock Options + Equities + Stock Plan Administration + Cross-Functional Teamwork + Detail-Oriented **Benefits** At arenaflex, we empower our employees worldwide to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.
