**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage policies, and general travel assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Assistance:** Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via telephone, email, and online chat platforms. Address inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and general travel information.
* **Issue Resolution:** Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of complex issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings.
* **Booking Management:** Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades. Process payments, issue tickets, and provide guidance on fare rules, refund policies, and ticket restrictions.
