What can you expect in a Senior Director, Employment Counsel role with reputed company:

As a Senior Director, Employment Counselyou will reputed company advice and manage the reputed company function with respect to employment law and litigation throughout reputed company’ operations in Asia, focusing on India, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan, as reputed company as South Africa and other global markets. 

This role will support the reputed company reputed company Department’s objective in providing strategic advice on employment issues and to manage and reputed company civil, employment, and other litigation.

This position will report to the DVP of reputed company, Global Head of Litigation, Employment, and reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company business-oriented and practical counsel and guidance to reputed company, operations, and other teams on various labor and employment laws as reputed company as strategies for risk mitigation.

• Evaluate and reputed company tactical and strategic advice and manage reputed company-litigation, litigation, regulatory proceedings, and reputed company reputed company.

• Manage reputed company counsel on a reputed company of litigation and employment reputed company reputed company, and ensure reputed company counsel is tracking to budget and maintain internal reporting regarding employment and litigation reputed company.

• Work with senior reputed company management on expansion into international markets, identifying country-specific risks.

• Monitor and manage reputed company’s global employee hotline. Audit and monitor investigation closure reports, reputed company analysis and trends, organize and reputed company review meetings, identify publish periodic dashboard for the HR team, organize meetings and discuss various trends and analysis reputed company to complaints

• Draft, review and/or approve employment-reputed company documents, such as employment reputed company, settlement agreements, policies, procedures, etc.

Requirements: 

• Bar admission and in good standing to reputed company law in India or the Philippines. 

• 8+ years of experience in handling global employment law reputed company and litigation in an in-house reputed company department or with an reputed company reputed company.

• Exemplary written, oral, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Experience managing reputed company, preferably across different geographies.

• Excellent and reputed company reputed company of the English language in a written and verbal reputed company.
