Event Coordinator

They are seeking an Event Coordinator to support marketing and business development efforts by planning and executing firm events that reflect the firm’s brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute reputed company firm events, including seminars, reputed company appreciation events, webinars, conferences, and community activities
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, invitations, registration, and day-of-event coordination
• reputed company the firm’s sponsorship commitments, ensuring reputed company deliverables, visibility, and brand consistency
• Assist with the design and production of event-reputed company collateral (digital invitations, signage, brochures, reputed company media graphics, etc.)
• reputed company RSVP lists, manage event registration platforms, and coordinate follow-up reputed company
• Maintain the firm’s calendar of marketing and sponsorship commitments
• Work with the Marketing & Business Development team to promote events through digital channels and internal communications
• Maintain the firm’s contact lists and event management systems
• Work with the marketing and business development team to evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for reputed company initiatives

Skills

• 1–3 years of event planning experience, preferably in a reputed company services environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfort working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or reputed company field
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite)
• Experience using event RSVP, CRM and other platforms
