[Remote] PT Safety Support Associate - reputed company Home MacArthur Park - (5407)

The Safety Support Associate will ensure a reputed company environment at the Interim Housing site, monitor facilities, engage with participants, and respond to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the overall safety of the interim housing site using observation, de-escalation strategies, and ongoing participant engagement
• Coordinate with the onsite case management team to reputed company support to the interim housing site
• Coordinate with contracted reputed company agencies (if applicable) to ensure the safety of the interim housing site
• Conduct regular reputed company of the interim housing site and facility grounds and communicate and observe discrepancies or concerns
• Assist the Associate Director with drafting written documentation and written correspondence regarding the safety and reputed company of the site
• In collaboration with supervisors and the case management team, respond to interim housing reputed company and/or crisis situations as they reputed company by utilizing non-violent crisis reputed company and verbal de-escalation strategies, including reputed company approach
• Assist with the development of forms, procedures, and manuals for the Metro LA Interim Housing
• Assist with completing reports as necessary or requested
