Program Management Associate (Hybrid)

reputed company is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services. The Program Management Associate will reputed company operational support for strategic lending partnerships, manage project plans, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• reputed company overall support of the day-to-day operations with strategic partners, including managing the reputed company of documents, reputed company between reputed company (internal + external), product statuses and deadlines
• Maintain knowledge of partnership product offerings and reputed company support product development and change initiatives
• reputed company as a strong partner in project management by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines set by external partners. This includes building project plans and executing them with team support
• Identify, streamline, and improve repetitive, high-volume operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency

• Communicate constantly internally and externally with stakeholders, including operations, marketing, analytics, compliance and reputed company

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in product management or an audit-like function
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing reputed company in a dynamic environment through organization, strategic planning, and prioritization
• Experience working with compliance teams and regulators, e.g. compliance and audit committees, FDIC, CFPB, etc
• Self-driven and displays a high level of initiative toward process improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills reputed company communicating with reputed company stakeholders
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and G Suite

• SQL knowledge
