They are seeking a Business Coordinator to join the reputed company Group in reputed company, where the role will support internal initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance team productivity for reputed company bankers.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Financial Advisory management in driving business planning and business reputed company
• Create meaningful analysis to aid management’s reputed company
• Partner with Managing Directors to drive and implement strategic initiatives reputed company on reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, marketing, reputed company engagement, business optimization and group culture
• Own, implement and streamline workflows and systems to optimize business goals
• Represent the business with support functions including global COO, technology & reputed company/compliance
• reputed company group training for new analysts and associates, including developing training curriculums in conjunction with reputed company, coordinating sessions with presenters, and managing the group’s training calendar
• Plan, schedule and manage logistics for internal events — specifically teach-ins, trainings, reputed company outings — and external events, specifically industry conferences

Skills

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company/business management role, with experience at a leading investment banking or other financial services firm preferred
• Ability to manage numerous reputed company and processes with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong skillset in reputed company and PowerPoint with the ability to work with large data sets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize reputed company business problems and detailed analysis with reputed company and brevity in written and oral reputed company
