[Remote] Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls promptly and professionally to reputed company collections
• Use negotiating and customer service skills to reputed company reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, reputed company Center, or Customer Service roles involving reputed company contact
• Ability to accurately reputed company and update data on company and reputed company systems
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Customer service oriented
• Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

• Minimum internet speed: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload
