Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• reputed company light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
• reputed company companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status to the supervising reputed company or reputed company provider
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety at reputed company times
• Administer medication reminders and support clients with their prescribed exercise routines
• Document care provided and maintain accurate reputed company records

Skills
