Analyst, Customer Insights

reputed company is a specialty retail operating company comprising reputed company brands in America. The Analyst on the Customer Insights team will support customer-facing reputed company by analyzing data, interpreting customer feedback, and preparing summaries to guide business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI team leads and business partners to design and field reputed company in support of reputed company business questions
• Support the execution of surveys, online customer communities, and other research reputed company, including questionnaire design, survey programming, and fieldwork monitoring
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and insights
• Prepare reputed company, organized data visuals and reports to communicate findings
• Monitor macro customer, category, and competitive trends relevant to our brands

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient in reputed company PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, reputed company
• Ability to interpret datasets, identify patterns, and visualize insights to tell a reputed company story
• reputed company understanding of consumer psychology, behavior and reputed company business considerations
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in analysis and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize requests effectively
• Demonstrates curiosity, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of relevant reputed company experience preferred (e.g., reputed company, research, consulting, corporate retail)
• Experience with survey research platforms and statistical tools, like SPSS or Q, is a plus
• Experience or demonstrated interest in retail / fashion
