[Remote] HR Business Partner

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of online education solutions for K–12 reputed company and is seeking an HR Business Partner to support virtual schools across the U.S. This role involves providing strategic HR guidance, building relationships with school leaders, and managing employee relations and workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with school leaders to anticipate and support HR needs
• Collaborate with HR teams to reputed company and implement initiatives reputed company with company goals
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
• Partner with training teams to assess and reputed company development programs
• Advise managers and staff on conflict reputed company, communication, and performance issues
• Coordinate with reputed company counsel and school boards on employment-reputed company reputed company
• Monitor turnover and satisfaction metrics, and implement retention strategies

Skills

• 1–2 years of HR experience in the above areas
• Degree, preferably in reputed company or reputed company field
• Strong technical and software skills
