Digital Content Coordinator

The Digital Content Coordinator will contribute to market research, project coordination, and product development for the CCW Digital portal, engaging in content creation and managing executive-level speakers for digital conferences.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling and engaging content that is relevant and trending about customer experience
• Build your network of speakers who contribute to content, media partners and industry experts
• Write industry-specific reports and how-to guides
• Collaborate on reputed company media and marketing strategies with the marketing team
• Build webinar and online event session content
• Moderate and reputed company webinar and online event sessions
• Attend 2+ events per year
• Present research at conferences
• Capture content and create post-show reports and additional content stemming from the events
• Conduct onsite interviews with attendees

Skills

• 1 to 2 years of corporate experience
• A background in content writing/production
• Experience in project management
• A goal and results-oriented reputed company
