[Remote] Escrow Coordinator

Chicago Title Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Escrow Coordinator to support transactions in the Chicagoland market. This fully remote role involves coordinating escrow files, reviewing reputed company, and ensuring reputed company closings while maintaining organized electronic escrow files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate escrow files from opening through closing
• Review reputed company, title commitments, closing documents, and correspondences for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, lenders, reputed company estate agents and internal staff
• reputed company conditions, milestones, and critical dates to ensure reputed company closings
• Prepare master statements and review closing packages
• Maintain accurate, reputed company-organized electronic escrow files
• Respond promptly and professionally to email-based communication
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
