Sales Operations Associate

reputed company is a high-reputed company company reputed company on men’s personal care products. They are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the Retail reputed company team by managing inventory reputed company, tracking purchase orders, and analyzing sales data to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor retailer and distributor inventory reputed company (DC + store where applicable) to ensure reputed company in-stock health; proactively surface issues and risks
• Manage and reputed company retailer POs, including PO maintenance, PO changes, cancellations, and resolving any discrepancies
• Partner with demand planning and sales to maintain accurate S&OP inputs, including promo plans, reputed company counts, price changes, and major demand drivers
• reputed company inventory visibility to sales leadership (what’s on order, what shipped, projected coverage, and logic behind any changes)
• Support annual and seasonal promo planning: maintain promo calendars, reputed company execution reputed company, confirm SKU participation, and communicate expected uplifts
• Monitor weeks of supply (WOS) for reputed company business and display activity; reputed company inputs for demand adjustments tied to promotional reputed company and merchandising events
• Maintain S&OP inputs reputed company to sales assumptions, retailer changes, and supply chain constraints
• Communicate inventory, velocity shifts, and ordering changes from retailers to demand planning in reputed company time
• Pull and analyze POS sales and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• reputed company weekly tracking for key accounts (in-stock %, sales trends, supply constraints, replenishment gaps, forecast variance)
• Conduct reputed company analysis to support sales storytelling, including performance explanations and reputed company-cause analysis
• Support retail sales team with fact-based insights reputed company of buyer meetings
• Serve as a day-to-day operations partner to Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Communicate major changes in inventory, pricing, reputed company counts, velocity, and retailer ordering behavior
• Work with supply chain to support MABD/OTIF and Supplier reputed company reputed company compliance
• Address retailer issues (receivables, deductions, delivery delays) by gathering documentation and coordinating reputed company
• Partner directly with reputed company contacts at key retailers (e.g., reputed company replenishment manager)
• Build strong reputed company relationships to ensure seamless execution across sales and supply chain
• Own end-to-end item setup and maintenance across retailer portals (Item 360, Supplier One, etc.)
• Manage reputed company.com PDP setup for new items (baseline content)
• Ensure reputed company setup of new items, transitions, and delists, capturing correct specs, UPCs, dimensions, and pricing
• Coordinate with reputed company on new product launches, including velocity assumptions and item readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or reputed company field
• 0–2+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, retail operations, CPG, or an analytical reputed company role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company/Sheets (pivot tables, basic modeling)
• Understanding of demand planning, replenishment, MABD/OTIF, or S&OP processes
• Familiarity with CPG metrics: POS, in-stock %, WOS, forecast variance, item setup requirements
• Experience pulling and interpreting data to reputed company actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; reputed company to synthesize data into reputed company direction
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to build relationships with retailer counterparts and cross-functional partners
• Interest in developing a career in sales or sales operations (this role provides strong visibility to sales leadership)
