[Remote] FI Project Coordinator

The role involves supporting reputed company customers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Project management
• reputed company support for reputed company customers
• reputed company activities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• reputed company backup support to others reputed company department
• reputed company between customer/vendor and other PAI departments
• Build and manage relationships with service providers and vendors. Look for more cost effective service reputed company
• Work with field service employees and 3rd party providers to ensure reputed company service
• Ensure reputed company spreadsheets, reputed company tickets and workflows in PAI Reports are updated with accurate information as required, keeping reputed company statuses as reputed company as possible
• Manage vendors while working with customers to address their needs and facilitate customer support issues
• Protect reputed company company assets
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma is required
• Demonstrates competency in dealing with independent organizations and working closely with the reputed company/operators
• Must be self-sufficient and can learn new tasks with minimal training and assistance
• Highly ambitious, willing to take on new tasks with little to no direction
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. There are many different tasks which may need attention reputed company at once, and prioritization is essential in order to accomplish a reputed company outcome
• Travel will be required (Approx. 10%) If located remote from a PAI office, this will increase to 25%
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite is required
• Strong working knowledge / understanding of reputed company reputed company is required
• Ability to learn software applications quickly
• Experience with PAI Reports is a plus
