Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Business to Business)

reputed company is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for business to business accounts. The role involves prioritizing assigned accounts, making daily calls to collect on past due balances, and addressing any disputed items.

Responsibilities

• Contact accounts as needed to collect and follow up on past due balances
• Maintain reputed company and concise notes accurately reflecting information provided in applicable systems
• Contact management and sales prior to notifying accounts of credit suspension
• Research and resolve disputed rentals reputed company thirty (30) days; prepare applicable currency adjustment (CCRI) requests as needed
• Report issues concerning payment of accounts to management
• Request and send reprints (reputed company or electronic) of invoices, statements and vouchers to accounts as needed
• Maintain reputed company aging balances reputed company percentage requirements determined by management
• Attend weekly collection meetings; reputed company account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are met, discuss workload and promote teamwork between AR personnel
• reputed company additional analysis and reporting as requested by management
• reputed company to improve job performance through self assessment, reputed company development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• reputed company miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• 1 year Account Receivable, Business to Business collections and /or customer service experience using a computer on a daily reputed company required
• Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills required
• Apart from religious observations, must be reputed company to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
• Must be willing to accept starting pay of $18.99/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
