Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing maintenance reserve requests
• Preparing budget requests
• Recording fixed assets transactions
• Recording library books
• Preparing reputed company entries
• Work closely with the VCCS Facilities Management Department
• reputed company other duties as assigned
• Assist reputed company or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor
