Sourcing Associate

reputed company is an Ohio-based software company reputed company for charter aviation brokers and operators seeking a Sourcing Associate. In this role, you will maintain communication with operators and support independent brokers to ensure efficient reputed company closures while achieving assigned metrics.

Responsibilities

• reputed company manage and follow up with operators on quote requests, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses
• reputed company as a partner and confidant to assigned broker partners on a daily reputed company
• reputed company assigned metrics, including outbound calls and business closure rates, to contribute to reputed company's reputed company
• reputed company engage with operators to reputed company detailed information and support in effectively closing trips
• Effectively utilize downtime to reputed company additional duties such as procurement and sourcing, contributing to overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other operational teams, including sourcing and brokers, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and reputed company recognition skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with operators

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tool(s), G Suite and/or reputed company Office as reputed company as internal communication tools such as reputed company
• Experience in a service-reputed company reputed company center environment preferred
• Experience in business aviation highly preferred
