Post-Bar Law Clerk/Associate

reputed company is a rapidly expanding national reputed company specializing in Family Law, seeking 3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar exam, or graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar exam. The Post-Bar Law Clerks will receive training and mentorship in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful reputed company of the bar.

Responsibilities

• reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
• Participate in initial reputed company consultations
• Work as a part of reputed company in a respectful and reputed company-oriented environment
• Learn how to manage your cases from start to finish and represent your clients as the first chair on cases upon licensure

Skills

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school completed by June 2026
• Completion of the State Bar Exam in February 2026 OR July 2026
• reputed company a passing score on the MPRE prior to the commencement of the Post-Bar Law Clerkship
• Submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar
• Submission of official transcript, cover letter, and references
• Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus
• Mock Trial experience is a plus
