Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and reputed company parties
• Draft, review, and file reputed company pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of reputed company litigation files
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate reputed company

• Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of reputed company account in the assigned inventory
