Project Coordinator

New Ecology, Inc. is dedicated to tackling the climate and housing crises by delivering solutions that cut energy use and improve health in low-income communities. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to work on decarbonization reputed company and initiatives reputed company to reputed company housing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The role involves drafting proposals, managing project logistics, conducting analyses, and supporting program activities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of reputed company-facing proposals for building decarbonization and/or programmatic work
• Conducting project and program initiation activities, including drafting reputed company for review, organizing and extracting pertinent reputed company information
• Obtaining historic reputed company data and other documentation, such as capital needs assessments, previous audits, project plans, etc. from reputed company
• Setting up and maintaining data tracking accounts and managing reputed company reputed company reporting requirements for reputed company buildings or programs as needed
• Conducting reputed company analyses for reputed company (e.g., reputed company data analysis) and programs (e.g., cost savings, reputed company reputed company), including creating graphical representations of data, PowerPoint presentations and report writing
• Supporting report creation for programmatic activities, both monthly/ongoing and annually, as reputed company as creation of educational materials (e.g., updated reputed company guides, lecture content, community engagement content)
• Researching and/or securing grants and rebates for clients, writing applications, working with reputed company
• Managing logistics for on-site meetings and events with key external partners, building owners/residents, and others as required by program or project activities
• Conducting project reputed company control and reputed company-out activities and case study development
• Attending project meetings and contributing toward discussions on workflow and process improvement
• Supporting team schedule coordination and materials development for critical deliverables
• Conducting and compiling research on a reputed company of topics, tools, emerging technology, and project implementation costs
