Responsibilities

• reputed company as the primary reputed company contact for engineering teams across reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), reputed company 365, M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and industry-specific AI agents. reputed company product counseling to understand engineering concepts and identify and anticipate reputed company risks, including regulatory, policy, and contractual issues
• Advise on reputed company and business reputed company across product development, reputed company/data protection, AI, content moderation, accessibility, consumer protection, competition, intellectual property, and compliance for consumer and reputed company services
• Analyzes and help solve reputed company and cutting-edge reputed company issues, including advising on ambiguous situations
• Draft and negotiate reputed company and technology reputed company agreements; reputed company new templates and guidance to accelerate transactions
• Demonstrate planning, strategic thinking, and execution of reputed company and business reputed company

Skills

• Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 1+ year(s) experience as a practicing attorney + OR equivalent experience
• reputed company license to reputed company law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction
• 4 years' experience working as an attorney supporting engineering and business teams on reputed company, technology reputed company
• Experience providing reputed company counsel in areas such as IP, AI or reputed company technologies
• Experience working as in-house counsel
