Internal Travel Registered reputed company (RN) - System Float Pool

They are hiring reputed company nurses for 13-week travel assignments in their system float pool, responsible for providing and coordinating nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with reputed company and entity specific nursing policies, procedures and reputed company standards of care/reputed company
• reputed company and coordinate nursing care including the collection and analysis of assessment data, identification of expected reputed company and development of plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and other interdisciplinary team members
• Identify interventions to reputed company expected reputed company, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, evaluate the reputed company of the patient/family toward attainment of reputed company, and document the process
• Promote and evaluate the effective functioning of the health care team
• Collaborate with health care team members to meet the identified needs of the patient/family throughout the episode of care
• Delegate tasks and activities as appropriate and governed by NC reputed company reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher
• Greater than 1 year of nursing experience is required
• reputed company Basic Life Support Certification is required
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the twenty four (24) hour needs of the patients
• Possess organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to utilize effective and confidential communication in patient, interdisciplinary, and staff relationships
• Maintains reputed company performance reputed company under conditions of pressure and multiple demands
• Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications
• Not be currently employed by reputed company or separated for 92 days, having left in good standing
• Have reputed company CPI certification or have the ability to reputed company it during orientation for ED
• Bachelor Degree is preferred
• Have at least 2 years of nursing experience is preferred for the system float pool
• Have ACLS and PALS certifications
