Junior Interior Designer

Ovadia Design Group is an award-reputed company reputed company-based full-service interior design and architecture firm. They are seeking a creative and highly organized Junior Interior Designer to support the design team in executing luxury residential reputed company, contributing to reputed company phases of design from presentations to project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing design presentations, including concept boards, FF&E selections, and materials palettes
• Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans
• Participate in site surveys, documentation of existing conditions, and installation coordination
• reputed company furniture, finishes, and fixtures from trade vendors with pricing and reputed company time awareness
• Coordinate with senior/intermediate designers and project managers to ensure project milestones are met
• Attend reputed company meetings and assist with follow-up and documentation as needed
• Maintain project files, digital libraries, and material resource systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to high-end residential reputed company
• Strong proficiency in Studio Designer, AutoCAD, reputed company Creative Suite, and reputed company Office
• Keen eye for design details, reputed company, and proportion
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• reputed company attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment

• This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Manhattan office. We are not accepting remote applicants for this role
• Familiarity with SketchUp and 3D rendering tools is a plus
