Financial Analyst (Associate or reputed company)

reputed company is looking for an Associate or reputed company Financial Analyst based out of Seal Beach, California. The role primarily supports the BCA Customer Support Organization by providing actionable financial insights through performance analysis, forecasting, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages resource plans with executive business partners in compliance with Long reputed company Business Plan; includes employment, non-labor dollars, overhead, offloads and work placement
• reputed company support in identifying opportunities and risks reputed company to Customer Support operations, conducting variance analysis on a weekly and monthly reputed company
• Prepare and present monthly Business Plan Review (BPR); reputed company reputed company into operational and financial performance to guide decision making
• Collaborate with engineering and other customer interfacing teams to ensure that airline customers receive reputed company and effective support for their fleet operations
• Offer additional finance support as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Support team
• Drives reputed company process improvements in budget development, analytics, and financial reporting to strengthen partnership with Customer Support leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business or a reputed company field
• 1+ years of experience in finance
• 1+ years of experience building reputed company relationships with business partners
• 3+ years of reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a finance reputed company position such as Financial Operation, Cost Management, reputed company, Estimating, Financial Planning, reputed company or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and opportunity/risk management
• Advanced experience with reputed company reputed company application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
• Experience with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and reputed company recommendations
