Responsibilities
- Support the account management team by preparing reputed company and employee-facing materials, conducting benefit education meetings, managing the full reputed company lifecycle, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation
- Review enrollment and master applications for accuracy, adhere to service models and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless, high-reputed company service

Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with the ability to read and interpret SPDs, insurance certificates, and reputed company
