BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered reputed company for a travel RN position. This Divisional Registered reputed company will support our Shooting Stars Division in reputed company Carolina providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• reputed company home reputed company to clients in designated geographic territories
• reputed company assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or reputed company Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to reputed company care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Skills

• A reputed company license as a Registered reputed company in reputed company Carolina
• A minimum of one year of recent, reputed company clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Experience with OASIS and Medicare home health reputed company required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
