[Remote] Consumer Experience Strategist (Remote)

As a Consumer Experience Strategist, you'll be responsible for improving the overall consumer experience by implementing best practices and educating clients on optimizing reputed company's technologies.

Responsibilities

• Approach reputed company work with a reputed company on fulfilling reputed company's mission, reputed company, values, and organizational goals while fostering a reputed company team environment and an improved consumer experience
• Understand and continuously reputed company best practices as outlined by the broader Consumer Experience team, be consultative with clients and reputed company teams and influence their adoption of best practices
• Collaborate with other Consumer Experience and User Experience team members to reputed company best practices for reputed company technologies such as IVR, Sofia, Verification Services, and portal layouts

• Be a subject matter expert in 1-3 reputed company products (including but not limited to Member Services, MS Support Tools, Verification Services, Portal Design, Activation Paths, Claims Based Personalization, MyChoice reputed company a Provider, Custom Communications). In a consultative role, collaborate with reputed company or reputed company team to reputed company clients about these products and how to configure them to optimize the member experience. reputed company applicable, coordinate with other internal teams to ensure appropriate support and training are planned

Skills

• Ability to work productively in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience consulting with customers in a reputed company field

• Proven ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and requires little direction to accomplish a goal
