[Remote] Sales Development Representative (Remote) – Financial Advisors | Path to Closer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Catalyze Growth Partners builds client acquisition systems for independent financial advisors and RIAs across the United States. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to book qualified meetings with financial advisors and wealth management firms through high-volume outbound outreach and disciplined follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Execute 80–120+ touches per day (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn) using our cadences
- Call and follow up with RIAs and advisors who opt in or match our ICP
- Qualify prospects using a clear checklist (AUM, role, fit, intent)
- Book meetings on the calendar and drive show rate with proper reminders and follow-up
- Keep the CRM and pipelines clean, updated, and easy to understand
- Hit and exceed monthly targets for Qualified Shows
Skills
- 1–3 years in SDR / BDR / appointment setting or clear proof you can hit volume (screenshots, logs, etc.)
- Comfortable with 80–120+ touches/day and hearing “no” a lot
- Clear, professional communication style (our audience is fiduciary advisors, not consumers)
- Coachable, process‑driven, and willing to role‑play and be critiqued
- Based in the US (or able to work US business hours)
- Experience booking for agencies, B2B services, or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
- LinkedIn / social outbound experience
Benefits
- Variable: paid per Qualified Show (attended + ICP‑fit), with accelerators for exceeding quota
- OTE: $60,000–$70,000+ in year one when hitting targets (uncapped upside)
