Responsibilities

• Provider Referral Activation Accurately input and update referral data received from reputed company providers into internal systems to initiate patient reputed company processes
• Patient reputed company from Other Platforms Import and validate patient records from external platforms, ensuring completeness, consistency, and reputed company integration into our system
• Cohort List Review, Manipulation, and Uploading Review, clean, and manipulate patient cohort lists in reputed company or CSV format to meet platform formatting requirements before uploading them into internal databases or applications

Skills
