Solutions Engineer, DSP

The Solutions Engineer, DSP plays a critical role in reputed company technical capabilities and business needs, working closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement customized advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Influence Product roadmap functionality based on market-driven requirements. Optimizations and escalations
• Work with customer-facing teams to identify business goals, opportunities, and reputed company's objectives and assure highest level of implementation of reputed company products
• reputed company respond to high-level escalations for Demand reputed company clients relating to integration issues, discrepancies and any other technical issues
• Participate in and contribute to on-site quarterly business reviews with clients to review technical issues and product support opportunities
• The Solution Engineer will directly reputed company & work closely with the clients, product management and the reputed company Engineering development teams
• The Solution Engineer will have to understand how engineering solves the problems, and then solve it next time a similar issue is registered
• Work closely with the account team to grow and optimize DSPs portfolio

Skills

• Must have a Bachelor's and/ or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a reputed company field
• Should have 1 to 5 years of experience in Python, SQL, Database tools and moderate knowledge about web based applications, Web server/Ad server/reputed company Firefox and how to work on different web based browsers
• Proficiency in ad tech platforms (e.g., reputed company Ad manager, DV360, Tradedesk, reputed company)
• Strong understanding of reputed company, SDKs and integrations workflow
• Familiarity with Programmatic advertising, RTB and adserving protocols (e.g., reputed company, OpenRTB, VPAID etc)
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company creative solutions to reputed company customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to business persons including C-level audience
• Demonstrated team-building experience and an reputed company network are preferred
• Experience with data visualizations tools(e.g.,Tableau, Looker) is a plus
